How do you know the LUD is for your FingerPrint? black07022007-10-24 22:58:23

Many friends ask the LUD for the FP, I don't understand. Is there any email or message from USCIS to say something on the fingerprint? Otherwise how do you know that any LUD is related to your FP? I am stupid :)
