Just got my 140 485 receipt. Someone mentioned the 180 days rule before. But since my 140 is not approved yet. So how should 180 day rule apply, counting from now until 140 approved?
BTW, anybody could shed some light on the next step of my EB3 appetition. I know it will take a long waiting time, but I am just curious about the process.
