这是我困惑了好久的一个问题，也经常见到人提问，但是没看到非常明确的回答。
I-539的第4部分(part4 Additional Information)，问题3之a,b,c到底在问什么呢？
3. Answer the following questions. If you answer "Yes" to any question,explain on separate sheet of paper.

a. Are you, or any other person included on the application, an applicant
for an immigrant visa?
你或任何申请人有没有申请移民签证？
b. Has an immigrant petition ever been filed for you or for any other person included in this application?
你或任何申请人有没有进行移民申请？
c. Has a Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status, ever been filed by you or by any other person included in this application?
你或任何申请人有没有填过 I-485 表格进行身份调整？

老师虽然已经做了中文翻译，但是我还是有点困惑。
c.很容易理解，是指 I-485你申请了没有，不存在什么歧义。
b.应该也容易理解，immigrant petition 应该是指 I-140。但我的疑惑是，如果你
作为副申请人，递交了485，而你本人没有递交过 I-140的话，此问应填Yes or No？
需不需另外附纸，把485的主申请人递交I-140的情况说明一下? 如果你还没递交过
485呢，但是你的配偶递交过140，此问应填 Yes or No? 我个人觉得只要本人没有
递过 I-140，这一问就应该答 No。
a.这一问最令人困惑了。到底什么东东是immigrant visa呢？谁给举个例子？
