First, feel sorry about the VB retrogression for all guys including myself. Life got to move on. So I decide to change my job.
One question: if I change my job from New York state to Connecticut with similar job deion, my labor certificate (and I140, I485) will still be valid. I am asking this because some people mentioned the new job should be in the same region as administrated by the LC's issue agency.
Where can I check each Labor agency's servicing states? Thanks.
