现在工作的job deion是bachelor required,3年工作经验，工资比prevailing wage低5，6000。 想问一下，可以和雇主商量，在贴广告的时候要求master required， 或者bachelor required, 5 years experience 并且申请EB2? 还是没有回旋的余地，进来时是什么要求，申请时不能改变？
