Things are a little bit complicated.

My H1B will expire in a few months. My I-485 is pending and I have used AP to enter the US a few months ago. But I never got an H1B visa or H1B stamp on my passport. I was just told that I am not in H1B status now because I used AP without an H1B visa or Employment Authorization Card. What is my current status now?
