“On November 15, 2007, we determined that this I485 APPLICATION TO REGISTER PERMANENT RESIDENCE OR TO ADJUST STATUS was not properly filed because you ted incorrect fee. Therefore, we have rejected your case and returned it to you with all supporting materials, along with the fee. 这是怎么一回事？？
请问，INS的网站更新是如此慢还是我们收到的通知有问题？？
