Dear friends,
I have question on forming a company in US. I am on my H-1 status, can I form a company with a friend that has a Green card status? If we can, can the company sponsor me to file green card application? Is there any requirement for the company that must exist for a certain time or income requirement then the company can sponsor me? I already have a full time job and can I have a second full time job? Can I use my second full time job employer to sponsor my GC application?
