My mom's submitted her green card application in Dec. 2004 though my citizenship but was stuck with Name Check for almost 3 years. Based on the Memo, should she get her card soon? What can she do at this time?
We already called national customer service and was told card production request was sent to California service center and should get response within 30 days. Do we also need go to Local office in Los Angeles with INFOPASS now in order to expedite the process? Will that help?
