NIW DIY I-140 part-6 部分 1，5,6,9 项怎么填？

我是F1的phd学生，拿的是fellowship,不是TA/RA.

1, job title?
5,is this a full-time position?
6,if the answern to number 5 is no, how many hours per week for the position?
9,wages per week?

还有fellowship 算不算income？

还有因为是fellowship,没有交过税？是不是不要提供w-2的copy?
