1. Processing Time for I-485 at Nebraska Service Center is July 30. Is the date received date or notice date?
2. My I-140 was filed at Texas Service Center. My I-485 was filed at Nebraska Service Center. But A# at I-40 approval notice is different with the A# at I-485 receipt notice, is this normal (There is no A# at I-140 receipt notice)?
