I-485 approved after fax to USCIS pchan2008-03-04 21:38:04

EB-2 Priority date current.
I-485 filed on 12/26/2006.

Called USCIS many times before and after MEMO, but no update.
Faxed an inquiry to USCIS yesterday and stated that I'm the beneficiary of the Revised National Security Adjudication and Reporting Requirements (MEMO.

LUD this morning.
Email of approved received in the afternoon.

I think fax does help. Make sure to provide them with all relevant information such as your priority date, receipt#, A#, and etc.
