H1 converted to H4 and converted back JZ0311052008-03-08 03:01:06

My company filed my PERM 345 days (instead of 365 days) before the max out date of my H1B. My question is can I switch to H4 (my spouse is a H1 holder) and after 3 weeks I switch back to H1 of the same company? I don't know if this strategy works or not?
