I filed EB1A and WOM in 2007. I replied RFE for EB1A about a month ago. On Wednesday morning (2 days ago) US Attorney told me that a decision has been made on EB1A case. But she doesn't know what the decision is. And a notice will be sent out to me once it has been cleared by proper authority. I haven't got any email update about my case. And I am worried because only the denied cases will be reviewed by supervisors, I think. Does this mean my case will be denied? Thanks
