律师申请完H１－B 就直接把I-７９７A 上半部寄给雇主, 我只收到I-７９７A 的下半部（I－９４）和一份律师给的 certified copy of I-797A.

近期回国签证H1-B，是不是在出国前向雇主要回这份原件？还是只要有一份律师给的 certified copy of I-797A 就行？谢谢。
