There is no enough time to submit I-90 b/c name change takes at least 6 wks. BTW, in my case, both english and chinese names happen to appear on Canadian citizen card. do u think that will help travel internationally even w/out remark on passport? try to use this card as a bridge to link green card and pp together to support both names. will that work?
