A friend of mine got B1/B2 visa, can he change his visa to H1 so that he can legally work in the US? Is there any other way to stay in the US?
He worked on a cruise ship before on C1-D visa, then went on a vacation to China and was issued this B1/B2 visa.
Immigration experts please help! Thanks a million!
