based on an approved I-140 (PERM) filed by previous sponsor employer when I I do the H-1B transfer to new employer?

The H-1B transfer is still within 6 years limit. I think the I-140 approval notice is not necessary to include, because I am not claim any benefit for extention beyond 6th year. Am I right?
