请大家赐教:EB1B申请需要把博士期间的奖学金写上吗? ANGEN2008-07-06 22:40:57

在中国博士毕业时得到的联邦医学教育奖学金金奖，因为也没有其他奖，在申请EB1b时，有没有必要写上去?这样会导致补件吗?
I have 3 choice:
1. just write it in my CV but did not provide evidence
2.write it in my CV and provide the certificate.
3. not mention in my CV.

which is better? Thanks for your help.
