昨日我通过美国邮政(USPS)的EXPRESS MAIL将EAD申请寄往德州处理中心。今晚USPS的
网站跟踪了一下，吃惊地发现今早11：44AM第一次投递失败、留了通知。我反复查
看并没有写错地址。难道今天德州处理中心不接客？这样的怪事您遇到过吗？
