USCIS sent me an interview notice a couple of months ago upon my marriage-based application. One of its officials interviewed me at a local support center. At the end of the interview, he clearly specified that he approved my application and stamped on my passport. He also mentioned that I should receive my green card within 3 weeks. However, three weeks have passed. I have not received my green card as anticipated.
I also found that my new status was not updated yet on the USCIS Case Status Service Online webpage. Can someone let me know whether it is normal for USCIS not updating each case status in the section of “Finding the Status of Your Case” 3 weeks after her interview?
Also, how long should I wait before I precede the InfoPass?
