我的４８５pending and PD is current(2/2006) in NSC,
Q1: is it a good idea to change my job right now? (a good opportunity) I am afraind it is going to impose some risk of delaying the process. The new job is in the same and similar field.(AC21 memo should cover the portability). The lawyer appointed by another company is working on H-1B transfer and will send out the application today.
Q2: Since my current H-1B is three years extension due to approved I-140, the lawyer included my PR application information (e.g. I-140/485) in H-1B transfer application. Is it going to trigger RFE for EVL due to job change(which related to my concern regarding the delay)?
Q3: How risky is my H-1B transfer? My history is pretty clean. F1 -> H1 (for the same big company for 7 years) -> (tranfer in progress).
