I am applying H1B extension and received this email from attorney:
we need to sit down with XX(HR) and talk about your job. The Prevailing Wage determination did not come back good for the employer, and we cannot proceed without making some changes on the job
What does this mean? And what are the possible solutions? Anybody here can help?
