我在帮父母办移民，父母在国内。我收到了移民局的approval letter. 其中有一封是 information about the Choice of Agent and address Form, 是解释FORM DS-3032。我的困惑就是，我是应该现在就寄出去DS-3032， 还是再等移民局的通知。我读了很多遍，可是始终很困惑。因为信上说，The applicant must complete and sign the DS 3032 and return it to the NVC before processing can continue.
还有一个问题，当你们填写DS-3032，你们是选择你们自己在美国的地址接收材料，还是选择直接让移民局寄材料到父母在的地址？
