I am F1, in OPT,good to Jan 09. I applied to change to H4 in June 2008, H4 still pending, not approved yet. My staus now is F1 in OPT or H4 already even not approved yet? If I am H4, even not approved yet, I cannot work with OPT EAD, right? Thanks.
