basic 485 processing time question mothergoose2008-10-23 09:24:21

Hi,

My PD is 4/2006. 140 was approved. 485 was filed on 08/2008. I know NSC is processing 485 of July 2007. Question is evne if NSC processing time is 08/2008, they will also check PD is current or not? If current time is 3/2006, they won't process my 485, is this right?

If PD not current, USCIS won't process your application.
