what's poinf of 485 processing time in NSC if everything depends mothergoose2008-10-24 00:34:49

Hi,

Don't understand the 485 processing time. I was told only when PD is current will they start to process 485. If this is the case, what's point of the 485 processing time that is posed at NSC website?
