Please help about h1b tranfer issue. Somebody says it is ok to transfer an academic H1b to an industrial H1b, somebody says it is no. I am confused about this. I know it would need 2005 h1b quota in both cases. But is it allowable to transfer the acad. h1b to indus. h1b? If yes, what is the difference between transfer and new petition in terms of documents preparation. Thanks a lot!!!!!!!
