I am working for University as a research associate for 5 years. My Eb2 perm was approved last year,but the visa bulletin date for me is 3 more years away.
I plan to try EB-1B, but our University HR director said my background is not very fit. Please help me affirm where I am now.
I have a Ph.D. my major is different from what I am working on, but I took all the MS levels classes for what I am doing, no MS degree for it yet.
I have about 25 publications, part of them are from my Ph.D. research field, not related to my current research and job. so what is your opinion for my chance to go EB1_B? Thanks.
