From Jan 19, 2009, CBP will do biometrics on all non-citizens, including LPRs. My hu*****and is a LPR but he has a past non-moral turpitude misdeminear conviction, which had been reported to USCIS when his I485 was processed and eventually approved. But since now CBP is imposing the biometrics even on LPRs, so when he goes thru that screening by giving fingerprints, will his record show up in the screen and even he has green card, will he be denied entry?
