Called Texas center again today inquiring why I have not received the card 20 days after the CPO. Another nice older lady took my call and she told me that somehow my card production has been stuck, although they have my biometrics. She said maybe some info was missing, but she couldn't do anything about it because she was not senior enough to even update my case status. So she said she was gonna bring my case to her supervisor and I can call back tomorrow to see what's going on...this is extremely weird, does anyone out there having a similar situation as mine?
