求助：老公被雷, 万幸的是他提前找好了下家.

可是下一个公司3月15日才让他开始上班, 他现在绿卡已经递了，也可以用EAD工作，但
新公司要求他transfer H1B 。新H1B还没有递上去，他现在等于已经失去H1B了吗？还能transfer H1B?


想请教一下班上的大牛，有什么好的方法可以解决中间的gap 问题？ 万分感谢！
