先说一下我的情况， EB1b, 140/485 filed on March 2007, 140 get RFE on Dec 07 and noticed that case being transfered from TSC to NSC, replied RFE.
got another RFE from NSC on Nov, 2008 and replied with more materials. No updates until two weeks ago. Being told that Eb1b 140 denied. The reason for denied were no sufficient international recognition which I thought was ridiculous. 跟律师讨论了是否appeal,但律师得意见很勉强，说成功得机率不大。
律师建议我放弃appeal, 等待 EB2,我的EB2得140已经批准，律师在08年曾经把Eb1得485 interfile 到Eb2上，但至今也没有收到关于interfile的消息。
我想问一下大家，我有没有必要去appeal呢，也不知道appeal要等多久，既然我的Eb2 140已经批准了，是不是我就放弃Eb1,耐心等待呢。关于485得interfile,自己打电话可以问出结果么。
