I want to apply the EAD and Advanced Parole, but I didn’t find the details about how to apply them. I am in H1b status, and I have filed the I-485 and I-140 several months ago. If some one know my below questions, please let me know.
1. I learnt that I should file the I-765 (for EAD) and I-131 (for AP) to the USCIS Regional Center, which is handling my I-485 and I-140. Is it right?
2. Can I file I-765 and I-131 at same time?
3. Which documents is required for filing I-765 and I-131? Are I-94, I-767, Labor Final Notice, I-485 receipt notice, I-140 receipt notice and passport enough?
4. Which documents (in above item) should be original document (not copy)?
5. Should I enclose a pre-paid envelope in the application package?
