(1)I lived in Arkansas, but I am planning to move to other places in AR in the next year or so, if I have chance to submit my I-485 application, Can I put my cousin’s permanent house address in part 1 so my card can be sent to his house and I don’t need to change address during my I-485 pending? But the key is he lives in California, I am in Arkansas, my application should be sent to TX center.
(2)If I use my cousin’s address, will it affect my finger print?
