请问PJiang及各位专家关于receipt number? TSC022009-06-02 17:49:02

我的公民申请是寄到Texas Service Center，可是收到的receipt number start with NBC from National Benefits Center, not TSC。不知道公民申请都是从NBC，还是有的是NBC，有的是TSC？以你的经验，NBC and TSC那个会快一点呢？谢谢！
