I just need your opinion, My Ph.D. field is different from my current
duties, my job title is research associate, my perm was approved a couple years ago, due to the big retrogression for EB2, I plan to start EB-1B, I am worrying the difference between my job duties and my Ph.D. degree, our HR director said so, she is the one will help me process this, what do you think?
