My child's I485 was denied. But I didn't receive the letter in two months and I didn't know that either until I went online to find out. They said they mailed a letter out and at that time I moved, so I didn't submit additional evidence in time. They made decision because of that to deny my child's case . But they never remail the letter asking for additional evidence, so I don't know what I should send them. I have an option to reopen this case. Does anyone know what should I do? The information center doesn't know much and they suggested me to do the info pass. Should I do that? How do I find out what evidence I need to give ? please help me !!!!!!!! I will greatly appreciate it
