收到结婚绿卡面试通知，requires:
" If your eligibility is based on your marriage, in addition to your spouse coming to the interview with you, bring:
- Your spouse's birth certificate and your spouse's evidence of United States Citizenship or Lawful Permanent Resident status.... "
老公是归化美国公民, 他的出生证明是不是必须的呢？如果是，他目前没有，需要去国内办理新的公证 and cannot catch up the interview at all, can we just go without it and if necessary we can make up the birth certificate等新的公证来了?
When submitting I-130, 485, 765, seems US passport or citizenship certificate paper is OK for Naturalized citizen instead of birth certificate.
