To CIO checklist says: 2 self-addressed mailing lables one in English or French and the second in the official language of your country.

如果住美国，是不是就一份英文 self-addressed mailing label就是可以了？还是给两份英文的。中国地址也没有人收信。另外，self-addressed,不用是self-stamped，对吧？

另外照片不用给CIO吗？checklist上没有写，但是Form IMM0008上有贴照片的地方。Proof of language proficency要给CIO吗？还是只给Visa Office?
