Anyone can answer this question?
My employer only does the labor certification for me and I hire my own lawyer. I would like to know if we can carry our I-140 or 485 application from 1st employer to the 2nd employer. Or we have to start everything from ground zero.
Will the answer be different if the 1st and 2nd employers are both H1-B exempt or if one of them is H1-B exempt and the other is not?
