Dear Friends,
I'm puzzled by the Receipt of OPT Application. It didn't mention the processing time, only said it depends on case. At the bottom of this receipt, it says some information about I-130 (Petition for Alien Relatives). The fact is I never file any I-130 application.
I'm very scared about this situation and I desparately need your help. What should I do? Are your OPT receipt (recent cases) the same as mine?
