863211 我上星期五已经收到welcome notice 的信了，信是19日发出的，可是今天律师打电话来说又收到23日发出的reopened的信，他说他也不知道怎么回事了，你见多识广，能帮我看看这是怎么一回事吗？有没有批准信都收到了，又被推翻的这种情况呢？谢谢！我现在网上的状态是这样的：
