I ask this question before, but I am still unclear.

she is born in 1986, her mother applied for immigration Visa in 2001 through F4(Brother/Sister of US citizen). She is 24 years old now, Can she come to US with her mother or she is old (over 21), she was only 15 when her mother file I130.

Priority Date:  13Apr2001

the approved date is sep-2009

both mother and daughter are still in HongKong

I also ask the same question to NVC and got following anwser

"The NVC has updated this case to reflect that the derivative beneficiary will travel with the principal applicant"

Does this means she is able to immigrate to US with her mother?
