I have three questions:
First, my mom came in the US on 11/8/2010. I've been too busy to prepare applications for her GC. Is that okay if I send the application around 4/30/2011 (her visa will be expired on 5/8/2011), or I should send it out earlier? If so, how early? How many days before expire?
Second, I remember that Teacher 8 said that my mom could also apply 回美证 along with the GC application doc. Could you please tell me what is the application Form for 回美证? Should we pay for this additionally?
Third, I prepared an index for all doc. that I am going to provide to USCIS. Could you please take a look at the followin doc. list? Is this good enough? what else I need add, and what is not necessary.
