1. Did any body submitte the application for new H1-B after Oct. 1st, and the application was returned? Please let us know. Just like to know, how long it take them to process it.
2. Something sitll puzzles me. How many cases of H1B were denied evry year. My guess is 3 or 4 out of 100. What did the CIS do to the left over of the quota.
since similar situation happened this January, anybody has experience, please share with us.
