8 teacher, Pls help!

My last H1B extention was in last year Nov, and approved for period until 9/30/2011. LCA is valid from 4/26/2011 to 9/29/2012.and My H1B is extended to 9/30/2011

Right now, my perm is pending,I want to extend one year plus my 56 days outside the US, can I still use that LCA to extend my H1B for period from 10/1/2011 to 11/25/2012?

if I cannot use that LCA, just now I tried to file a new LCA, saying my prevailing wage is expired. I used 2008 prevailing wage rate. So does that mean I have to apply a new prevailing wage? or I have to use the perm prevailing wage rate (this rate is much higher than my current H-1B rate, the company doesn't really want to do that)

Does H1B prevailing wage have to be the same as perm prevailing wage rate? I want to get LCA asap, and submit H1B extension asap and don't want to apply another prevailing wage, because I knew prevailing wage prove time takes about 50 days.

Thanks a million in advance!
