I have a few more questions for you:

Actually I have already submitted my GC application. My Eb1A case (I-140 and I-485) is still under initial review and I have not yet received the AP/EAD card.

If I could not get the AP/EAD card before my departure and performed my upcoming trip by using the H1 visa, will this behaivor affect the I-140 and I-485 applications?

I got different information regarding whether this behavior will affect the AP/EAD application. Someone said the AP application will be considered abandoned if I leave US before it is approved; others said USCIS may issue an AP/EAD card under this situation. What's your opinion? Can I apply AP/EAD card again if this one was abandoned?

When I am filling the DS-160 for H1 visa, I am asked whether I have ever sumitted an immigration petition to USICS. I shoud choose "Yes" for my case, right? The system also asks for an "Explain" for this item. Can I say simply "EB1A I-140 Initial Review"?
