1. Should I submit I-864 online or by mail?
The instruction in FAQ of I-864 says it should be mailed,
"DO NOT attempt to submit the form electronically; but in the Affidavit of Support Instruction for I-864, (5) Scan the I-864 to PDF and send it as an e-mail attachment to NVCElectronic@state.gov"; please advise
2. If submit I-864 online, should I also submit all the supporting documents(Tax return, Employment Letter, etc) as attachments as well?
3. Is Turbo Tax file OK? or I have to request a copy from IRS directly? I will attach W-2, Current pay stab and employment letter though.
4. I-864 21f: if I am submitting two I-864 about the same time, do I need to include intending immigrants on the other I-864 ?
"Enter the number of lawful permanent residents whom you are currently obligated to support based on your previous submission of Form I-864... Include only those persons who have already immigrated to the United States."
5. I-864 28: If I put principle applicant asset (in china), what are the requirements for that? Do accompany documents needed to be submitted with I-864? Are accompany documents needed to be notified in China?
6. I paid IV $404 for principle applicant, when is the deadline to pay for accompanying applicant?
