A signed Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status. Includes: 

   Two photographs.

Check in the amount of $1010.

·         Copy of our marriage certificate.

·         Copy of my foreign birth certificate.

·         Copy of passport page.

·         Copy of my Form I-94 and passport.

·         Copy of my Social Security Card.

·         Copies of my I-20s and EDA (OPT).

·         Form I-693 report of Medical Examination and Vaccination Record.

·         Form G-325A, Biographic Information Sheet, with supplemental attachments.

·         Affidavit of Support (Form I-864) and copy of my hu*****and’s U.S.   Passport.
